About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our support team, you will provide invaluable support to children and young people in our care, promoting their well-being and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, work in the community, and holidays
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
Requirements
  • Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support provided)
  • Full UK driving licence due to the locations and nature of the work
