Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Travel between our residential settings, providing support and care to children and young people in the West Humber Region.
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a care or education setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license, as travel between settings is required.
