We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children and young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Travel between our residential settings, providing support and care to children and young people in the West Humber Region.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a care or education setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license, as travel between settings is required.
