The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the company. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic campaigns, work closely with the Directors and Sales Manager, and eventually build and lead a marketing team as they scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to reach target audiences
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Work closely with the founders to take full responsibility of marketing and creative strategy

Criteria
  • Proven experience as a Marketing and Creative Manager or employment in a similar role

  • Proficient in creating and marketing brand campaigns, as well as digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Experience with website content management systems and related marketing tools
  • Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to manage and successfully prioritize tasks
