**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Head of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management and performance of our community pharmacies across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and motivate a team of Area Operations Managers to deliver exceptional results and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy teams, support functions, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth, including new services, partnerships, and market expansion.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in managing multiple sites or teams.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy industry, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
