About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Writer Specialist to join our team at Bidrecruitment. As a key member of our bids team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting high-quality bids and proposals to secure contracts and funding for our enforcement operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of bid documents, templates, and past submissions
  • Write, edit, and proofread bid proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure our submissions are competitive and compliant with all requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, funding opportunities, and best practices in bid writing
Requirements
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred
