About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our Learning and Development and Organisational Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy across the council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and design highly effective digital and distance learning solutions, products, and programmes to meet identified learning requirements.
  • Create effective and appropriate on-brand learning materials and assets to be used through digital platforms and facilitate the online availability of relevant learning opportunities for all staff.
  • Deliver products and solutions on time, to agreed quality standards, within agreed costs to support the delivery of the People Strategy across the council.
