About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Renewable Partners Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from client acquisition and job order management to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, including client acquisition, job order management, candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand Renewable Partners' market presence.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlists to clients.
  • Market Mapping: Research and map the renewable energy market to identify potential business opportunities and candidate pools.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the renewable energy or related sector.
  • Skills: Strong business development and client management skills, proficient in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the renewable energy market and related industries.
  • Technology: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, including CRM systems.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
