This position is ideal for a candidate with a growth-oriented mindset who can manage portfolio expansion while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A data-driven approach to sales leadership and reporting.
- Proven experience in successfully leading large, globally distributed sales teams with a strong focus on performance and results.
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in a major publishing context.
- Demonstrated business development capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to implement change while maintaining team focus and motivation.
