Educational Support Assistant Role - Full-Time


Are you a recent graduate eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals? Do you possess experience in working with children or adolescents, whether through tutoring, caregiving, or special educational needs (SEN) support? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Educational Support Assistant to contribute to our mission.

Your role will involve working within a secondary educational setting, either in the SEN department or within a mainstream classroom.

Your main duty will be to provide individualized support to students who may have additional requirements, including autism spectrum disorders and learning challenges.

This position is ideal for someone who is nurturing, patient, and self-assured, with a solid understanding of the needs of neurodivergent children and young people.


Qualifications for Application:

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • Experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
  • Preferred experience: Tutoring, caregiving, SEND support, or other roles involving youth.
  • A sincere commitment to assisting students in achieving their full potential.
  • Strong empathy and patience, with a clear understanding of the needs of neurodivergent individuals.
  • Must be able to commute to the designated area.
