About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored intervention sessions, and supporting full-class teachers in the classroom. You will also have the chance to cover lessons, gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or schools direct teacher training programme.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Must have a university degree 2:2 or above

  • Willingness to undertake CPD training as asked by Milk and your placement school
