We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, leading and supervising audit teams, and ensuring compliance with UK audit regulations and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients, including planning, execution, and completion of audits
- Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit work
- Review audit files to ensure compliance with UK audit regulations and high-quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all audit-related queries
- Support and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and helping them progress in their careers
- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the firm's growth strategy
