Job Title: Water Leak Technician

Arcus FM is seeking a skilled Water Leak Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework within our clients' stores across Newbury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out both reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard on refrigeration-based condensate pipework.
  • Provide a first-line response to water leaks logged, identifying the source of the leak, repairing and replacing faulty pipework and/or components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems.
  • Effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, all relevant KPIs are met, and all Arcus health & safety procedures are complied with at all times.
  • Comply with and adhere to all clients' site requirements while working.
Requirements:
  • Experience of water leak or drainage works would be an advantage.
  • Basic plumbing experience/knowledge.
  • Basic Electrical (desired but not essential).
  • Other trade/industry qualifications and certifications (desired but not essential).
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is required (essential).
  • I.T. competent, apps, emails, etc.
