Water Leak Technician

Arcus FM is seeking a skilled Water Leak Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across our clients' stores in Newbury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out water leak repairs and replacements on refrigeration-based condensate pipework
  • Provide first-line response to water leaks, identifying the source and implementing effective solutions
  • Maintain internal drainage systems, drop-down pipework, and dairy pump trays as required
  • Diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and escalating where necessary
  • Ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and all relevant KPIs are met
Requirements:
  • Experience in water leak or drainage works is advantageous
  • Basic plumbing knowledge and skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge (desired but not essential)
  • Other trade/industry qualifications and certifications (desired but not essential)
  • A full UK driving license is required
  • IT competence, including apps, emails, and other digital tools
