About the Role:
As a Senior Electronics Engineer at ETS Technical, you will play a key role in the development of new products and enhancements to our existing product portfolio. This position requires a strong understanding of electronic design and software interconnect. You will work closely with our engineering teams to deliver world-leading test and measurement systems for customers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electronic system designs for new projects and influence product architecture
- Design and develop analogue, digital, and mixed circuit boards, making component recommendations and selections, and verifying board functionality
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop prototypes and production tests
- Develop, test, and implement hardware designs and software/firmware
- Liaise and communicate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers as required
- Stay up-to-date with current technology trends and make recommendations for updating Yelo technology
- Develop documentation as required
- Perform other tasks as needed
About You:
- Hold a degree in electronics/electrical discipline
- Have a deep understanding of software design/implementation and its application to modern electronic devices and systems
- Have at least five years of industrial experience
- Have hands-on experience with electronic design (minimum of 2 years)
- Be able to communicate effectively with external customers in English
- Hold a valid passport and a full driving license
Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be self-motivated and able to manage time and set priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
