Job Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses and support workers to ensure effective care and duties allocation.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
- Attend training and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
- Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Coordinate, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care programs.
- Stay informed about the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
