Warehouse Supervisor Role

Location: Newton Abbot Distribution Centre


Shift Details:
Out of season (9 out of 12 months) typically Monday to Friday from 0830 onwards. During peak periods, shifts may extend beyond regular hours.


As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the efficient workflow within the warehouse.
  • Assisting with the selection and loading of products for next-day dispatch.
  • Conducting daily stock replenishment activities.
  • Performing periodic stock audits and cyclical inventory counts.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in a warehouse setting.
  • A valid counterbalance forklift license (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
In addition to a competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of up to £720 annually. Additional financial incentives are available for working in specialized areas. We also offer a pension scheme and 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
