We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals and making a positive impact in the local community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Booking Jobseekers to Relevant Training Courses**: Identify and book jobseekers onto training courses that align with their career aspirations, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, IT literacy, and many others.
  • **Supporting Jobseekers with CV Writing and Job Application Process**: Provide guidance and support to jobseekers in creating effective CVs and navigating the job application process.
  • **Outreach Work**: Promote Reed in Partnership within the local community, building relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase awareness of our services.

**Requirements:**

  • **Coaching and Mentoring Experience**: A proven track record of coaching and mentoring individuals, with persuasion and influencing skills.
  • **Performance-Driven Environment**: Experience working in a performance-driven environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • **Travel**: Willingness to travel locally, as required, to meet with jobseekers and partners.
  • **Education**: A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma, and GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
