Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote clinical and administrative arrangements, training, and care planning within the home.
  • Organize and motivate carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
  • Ensure the Care Quality Commission (CQC) National Minimum Standards regulations are met to secure the needs, welfare, and social inclusion of residents.
  • Ensure the overall smooth, efficient, and effective running of the care home at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN - RGN, RMN desirable but not essential.
  • Passion for elderly care.
