- Organisational Skills: Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial planning services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating financial planning software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Qualifications: Qualified to level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and a minimum of two years' experience in paraplanning.
