Senior Paraplanner Job Description

Blakemore Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our team. As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to financial planners in completing non-client facing tasks, including the preparation and administration of recommendations.
  • Review client information to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Undertake research and gather supporting documentation to inform advice.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to construct high-quality financial plans that meet client needs.
  • Ensure client files contain all required documentation to demonstrate compliance and suitability of advice.
  • Prepare lifetime cashflow modelling to develop holistic financial plans.
  • Handle client queries and provide support to financial planners and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and continuing professional development.
  • Proven experience in paraplanning and a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
