We are collaborating with a distinguished facilities management contractor recognized for delivering comprehensive building maintenance services across the UK.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking to appoint a mobile engineer to enhance our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position involves mobile operations throughout the region, performing maintenance tasks on a diverse array of air conditioning and HVAC systems. While the focus is primarily on AC maintenance, other light duties may also be included.
  • You will travel to your assigned sites, acting as the primary contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services, as well as general building maintenance. Responsibilities may encompass emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp replacements, basic plumbing, and fabric repairs.
  • Conduct HVAC and air conditioning maintenance, both PPM and reactive.
  • Enjoy working independently, where you will be accountable for executing planned and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. Ideally, you should possess the capability to confidently undertake a variety of additional responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must hold HVAC qualifications - Level 2 and F Gas certification.
  • Experience in executing PPM and reactive maintenance tasks is essential.
  • Possess a solid understanding of mechanical/HVAC maintenance along with general facilities management trades.
  • Local residency with a willingness to travel throughout the area.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
