Job Title: Night Shift Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Night Shift Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in conversations and activities that promote their well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as food preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Support clients with mobility and continence needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • No formal qualifications are required, but a year's experience in care is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Means of transport required, as clients live in remote areas of Gloucester.
