Leader Recruitment Group is collaborating with an independent educational institution that specializes in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Maths Teacher to engage with pupils identified as having SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction to a small group of students, each diagnosed with various SEMH conditions.
  • Implement individualized learning strategies.
  • Regularly update Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
  • Supervise and mentor a team of learning support assistants.
  • Actively contribute to the teaching team.
  • Monitor and enhance the overall academic and personal development of students.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that empowers students to excel.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) is essential.
