Ortus PSR is seeking a skilled Paraplanning Professional to support our financial advisers and help drive our continued success in the wealth management industry.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations for clients, ensuring compliance with FCA standards.
- Conduct research and analysis on products, including pensions, investments, and protection solutions, to provide comprehensive technical support to advisers.
- Assist advisers in preparing for client meetings, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaise with clients and providers to ensure the smooth implementation of financial plans.
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Diploma-qualified (DipPFS or equivalent), with a strong understanding of financial planning and products.
- Experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA or wealth management firm.
- Excellent report-writing skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in financial software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
- Bonus structure: Performance-based rewards.
