Cititec Talent is working with a leading commodity trading firm to find a skilled Business Analyst to join their Change teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with front-to-back office teams to deliver various change-focused projects. These projects will involve analyzing and remediating segregation of duty violations, conducting change impact assessments, designing organizational structures, and managing access permissions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, particularly in commodities. You will also need experience with access management projects, impact analysis, and organization design activities. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business change projects that drive process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Analyze and remediate segregation of duty violations to ensure compliance
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Design and implement organizational structures to support business objectives
  • Manage access permissions to ensure secure and controlled access to systems and data
