Job RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP TRM/PSCD Consultant to join our team in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TRM/PSCD project implementations, expert-level knowledge of SAP TRM and PSCD, and a strong understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake functional solution responsibilities considering SAP TRM / PSCD.
- Understand business processes and business challenges by applying SAP standard processes wherever possible.
- Provide support to project managers in sharing the various tasks of their solution to conclude on the project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimations.
- Support project managers in bringing clarity on additional scope and effort estimations.
- Conduct or support meetings, provide regular updates to customer/project team members.
- Ensure that all risks and mitigation processes within their solution are identified and documented.
- Support and prepare all project deliverables and actively participate in the complete project life cycle documentation from their solution perspective.
- Undertake or support the required resource interviews for team identification & deployment.
- Ensure that the smooth success of the project is the highest priority.
- Ensure that the working ethics and the culture code are kept intact during the engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in peer reviews of other projects and share feedback to the Practice Lead/Practice Head concerning problems, concerns, or any shortcomings.
- Follow-up with the respective project team members and ensure that the feedback/observations/recommendations are incorporated and monitored.
- Proactively inform of project delays and seek mitigation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Understand business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify touch points between modules.
- Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
- Has a solid foundation for consulting 'soft' skills necessary for client engagements.
- Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.
- Assist the project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
- Assist team effort in developing solutions for projects.
- Complete assignments within budget, meet project deadlines, make and keep sensible commitments to client and team.
- Meet billing efficiency targets and comply with all administrative responsibilities in a timely & effective manner.
- Keep project management apprised of project direction and client concerns.
- Provide project team leaders with updates on the progress and difficulties encountered and provide value-added insight and understanding.
- Demonstrate the ability to accomplish project assignments resulting in quality service.
