Refrigeration Engineer Opportunity

Top Drawer Talent is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join its team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a company that has ambitious growth plans and provides excellent career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Working closely with customers to ensure their refrigeration systems are fully operational and compliant with regulations
  • Managing workload and ensuring all jobs are completed within set timeframes
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Attending callouts when on-call (one week out of every six)
  • Travelling to country locations as required, with the majority of work being Dublin-based
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a refrigeration engineer, ideally within both commercial and industrial sectors
  • Relevant qualifications in refrigeration engineering (F-Gas certification preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations and participate in the on-call rota
  • Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
