About the Role:
To excel as a Delivery Team Associate, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our customers by:
Swiftly and accurately processing stock to the highest standards, which includes scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and organizing stock Presenting all merchandise beautifully and ensuring it is placed on the sales floor or stored correctly in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as required Collaborating with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer fantastic benefits (see further list below)

A strong communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with a keen eye for accuracy You take pride in your contributions and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and proactively keeping busy Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your team and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skill levels not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to explore their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
