YOUR ROLE:
Become an integral part of our international Finance department. Reporting directly to the EMEA Associate Director of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
General Accounting:
- Managing the preparation and closure of the monthly general ledger
- Conducting reconciliations of balance sheet and subsidiary ledger accounts
- Performing bank account reconciliations
- Preparing tax documentation
- Facilitating year-end reporting processes
Accounts Receivable:
- Handling invoicing, documentation, and data entry tasks
- Engaging with clients to obtain payment details
Accounts Payable:
- Processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices
- Managing vendor payments and expense reporting
- Overseeing filing and data entry operations
