About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team at 360 Resourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product expertise
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales revenue
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in the furniture industry, preferably with a strong understanding of home furnishings and décor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Strong customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales revenue
  • Knowledge of home furniture and décor is highly desirable
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary and commission, with an OTE of £40,000. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career and enhance your skills in the furniture sales industry.
