Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at OnetoOne Personnel. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Warehouse Duties: You will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Picking and Packing: You will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing goods for dispatch to our customers.
  • Weighing and Counting: You will be responsible for accurately weighing and counting items to ensure that our customers receive the correct quantities.
  • Labelling Goods: You will be responsible for accurately labelling goods for dispatch to our customers.

Requirements

  • Flexibility: You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Initiative: You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Physical Fitness: This role involves heavy lifting, so you will need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects safely.

Working Hours and Rate

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Rate: £11.44 per hour.

Temp to Perm Opportunity

This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the successful candidate.
