Job Title: Therapeutic Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at a leading local Children's Home company rated Outstanding by Ofsted. As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people in our residential setting.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional, physical, and developmental support to our residents. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes and encourages our young people to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to our residents, addressing their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment that promotes positive behaviors and outcomes.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable young people in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleepovers.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others.

  • Additional £6,000 per annum (10 x Sleep Ins Month).
