Wireless Communications Engineer

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is looking for a talented Wireless Communications Engineer to become part of our innovative team. This role focuses on the development and validation of advanced IoT technologies within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the hardware team on various development projects.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation for RF-based products and designs.
- Engaging in product development and validation for cellular technology.
- Executing formal compliance and pre-compliance testing.
- Overseeing product certification to meet international and in-country standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in RF circuit design and validation.
- Proficient in sub-GHz RF design for IoT applications.
- Experience with testing cellular modems (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI testing and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with RF testing equipment.
- Experience in navigating product certification processes (CE, RED, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
