Job Summary:
We are looking for a registered nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care to work in a field-based role, managing their own diary and maintaining a work-life balance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their career, develop their clinical and management skills, and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and review individual care packages to ensure the highest level of care is provided
- Provide practical training to care workers and clinical supervision to ensure best practice
- Interact with various stakeholders, including ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
- Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £43,250 - £45,000
