About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Director to join our team at Lookers Edinburgh Audi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Director to achieve business objectives and implement brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to inform business decisions and improve performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Lookers Edinburgh Audi remains competitive and innovative.
