Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our finance team at Lyreco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for credit control for our Ireland team, covering Small to Medium Business, as well as our corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit control for our Ireland team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve any credit-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless credit control processes.
  • Monitor and analyze credit control metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
