About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our checkout team as a Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
