About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. As a keyworker, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality education and care for children.
About Our Benefits
As a Nursery Practitioner with Busy Bees, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
- 28 days holiday per year (inc bank holidays)
