Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Band 6 Senior Community Physiotherapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our community services.
Key Responsibilities- Complex Physiotherapy Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized plans to address their needs.
- Rehabilitation and Advice: Provide expert guidance and support to patients, carers, and colleagues to help them achieve optimal independence and quality of life.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with healthcare professionals, social care colleagues, and patients to identify, plan, and implement effective care plans.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, seeking support from senior staff and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
- Leadership and Influence: Take a proactive role in promoting the role of physiotherapy and contributing to team projects, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Person Specification- Essential Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Post-Graduate Training: Completed a range of post-graduate training on relevant subjects.
- Experience: Minimum 18 months post-graduate experience, with experience of acute wards and/or community work.
- Skills: Skilled in a wide range of physiotherapy assessments in various settings.
