Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Administrator Lead to join our team at Bruin Financial. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pension scheme clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Manage all day-to-day activities related to your portfolio, including processing member events, peer reviewing and checking work, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Provide support and share knowledge with the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver excellent services.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including trustees and other third parties, to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Take on ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in pension scheme administration, with a strong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
