Job Title: Receptionist Administrator

Location: Gloucester

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (DOE)

Benefits: Early finish on Fridays, 33 days holiday, pension

We are seeking a passionate and organised Receptionist Administrator to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to clients and visitors
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
