About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team at Thyme Tech as a Founders Associate. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our CEO to drive the company's early-stage growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the CEO in sales calls and meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Assist the accountancy team with tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
  • Document and outline processes with the accounting team to help our Software Engineering team develop automation solutions.
What We're Looking for in You
  • A strong academic background, particularly in STEM fields.
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A sense of adventure and a willingness to think outside the box.
  • No prior work experience is required, but internships or current involvement in relevant projects would be a plus.
