We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality deep cleaning and disinfection services to our customers.

About the Role

This is a challenging and varied role that requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. You will be responsible for carrying out deep cleaning and disinfection services in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out deep cleaning and disinfection services in accordance with company procedures and guidelines
  • Use a range of cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure high-quality results
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces as required
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including regular overtime and weekend work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A full UK driving licence and a clean driving recordExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbility to lift and carry heavy equipment and cleaning supplies

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £23,986, with opportunities for overtime and bonus payments. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, as well as full training and progression opportunities.
