About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Docebo. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in fueling the growth of our Account Management team by sourcing new opportunities within our client base, their affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as global divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing client base, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our Account Management team to develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Deep knowledge of the software industry and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
