About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Phlebotomist to join our team at One Healthcare. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our laboratory team to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking and chasing results.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues alike.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration with our electronic systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum G.C.S.E. education or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a hospital environment, preferably in a phlebotomy or laboratory setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
