What We Seek in an Executive Chef:

This position requires a leader who can motivate a team, unlocking their potential while leading by example. You will be responsible for developing, costing, and producing fresh seasonal menus that cater to our diverse revenue streams.

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent service through high-quality cuisine, either as an Executive Chef or in a Sous Chef role
  • A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • An active, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and health and safety regulations effectively
  • Creativity in designing and presenting new dishes for our menus and specials
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls over food costs and labor
  • A proactive mindset focused on driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
