About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing M&E site works, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering sustainable solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver M&E site works, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors on site, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Develop and implement effective construction phase plans, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Uphold a high level of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Manage overall project plans, ensuring accurate delivery and meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
- Plumbing/Pipefitting background with experience in mechanical design and build projects in the housing sector.
- SMSTS certification and ability to manage and deliver projects accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- DBS clearance and ability to work with sensitive information.
What We Offer:
