Job Title: Site Manager

Join a dynamic regional contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across various sectors.

This permanent role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of fit-out projects, maintaining high standards, and exceeding client expectations.

Your first project will be in a commercial setting in Staines, with the opportunity to take on projects across London after July next year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects on-site, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Lead and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Proactively address any issues that arise, keeping the project on track.
  • Maintain strong client communication to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Handle all site documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects up to £5m.
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the fit-out process, preferably from a joinery background.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise effectively with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

Salary: £65,000
