About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring they receive the support and companionship they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Assisting with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, to help clients maintain their independence.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and shopping, providing transportation and support as needed.
- Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, to promote their physical and emotional well-being.

- Excellent pay rates, including £12.75 per hour and £25.50 enhanced bank holiday rates.
