Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at RJS Resourcing Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care to elderly residents and a strong understanding of the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
  • Assessing and developing individualised care plans
  • Managing and coordinating care delivery
  • Mentoring and training care staff
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Proven experience working in elderly care, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
